Alventaris operates as a digital real estate crowdlending platform that connects individual investors with urban development and construction projects in Argentina. The platform facilitates collective participation in real estate ventures, allowing users to access investment opportunities that would be individually inaccessible. Alventaris does not act as a financial entity or securities intermediary. The platform is limited to providing the technological infrastructure that connects investors with projects.
3. Requirements for use
To use our platform, you must: Be at least 18 years old; Reside in the Argentine Republic or in a country where access to these services is legal; Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information; Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Informational nature
The content published on alventaris.com is for informational purposes and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. We recommend consulting with a professional before making any financial decision.
5. Investment risks
